HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Your order and payment may need a 72 hour window for verification before being processed. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Secure Lyfe is proud to service our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.

It usually takes 2-4 weeks to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Secure Lyfe is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We offer a few different shipping options. 

USA Orders: 

We offer a few different options.

Free Shipping (USPS) can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks for delivery due to high demand.

First Class Shipping (USPS) can take anywhere between 3-5 business days.

DHL Express can take between 5-7 business days.

International Orders:

Free Shipping (USPS) can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks for delivery due to high demand.

DHL Express can take between 5-10 business days.

WHAT CURRENCY DOES THE STORE USE?
Secure Lyfe shows all products and payments based in USD. If you are ordering from another country, please be aware that there may be a currency conversion or the rate might be different based on your location.

  

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Secure Lyfe was unable to verify the billing information or shipping information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically canceled. If your order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.

 

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification to the email provided to us confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.

 

Why Do You Require My Phone Number?

We collect phone numbers for any customer who proceeds to the checkout page. We offer reminders of items left in your cart, order confirmation, shipping confirmation and delivery confirmation via SMS/Text Message. By entering your phone number on the checkout page, you agree and consent to receive text messages and updates from us. You can always choose to Opt Out of this as well. 

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.)

If you choose to subscribe to SMS/text notifications you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages at the phone number provided. Consent to these terms is not a condition of purchase.

 

I think my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?

Secure Lyfe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.

Clearance and Sale items are non-refundable items. 

Items must be unused, unopened and returned in the same condition that they were delivered.

 

I haven't received my package yet and it has been a few weeks, what is going on? 

Secure Lyfe prides itself on doing its best to ship out orders to customers as soon as we possibly can. Typically it will not take over 5 weeks to receive a package. HOWEVER, please be patient as our team is doing our best to get these orders out to you as soon as we can.

How does this camera work?

This camera requires 4 AA Batteries or DC 5V-to-USB and a micro SD card. The camera will automatically save 3 photos and a 10 second video each time it gets triggered.

How Can I See My Photos and Videos?

This camera is our standard version which requires an SD Card. Perfect for those who live in remote areas without a reliable wifi signal or cellular connection. There are a few options here:

USB Flash Drive Reader - Release the micro SD card from the camera and place it in the USB 2.0 flash drive (provided in box). Then plug the USB 2.0 flash drive into your computer or device. There will be a folder with all of the photo and video files. (.avi and .jpg)

USB Cable - Leave the microSD card in the camera. Plug in the USB Cable (provided) from the camera into your computer or device. The computer will read the SD card.

Photo Directly to Phone - Use our FlashSD - Phone Viewer w/ APP. Download the "i-Flash Device" App on the Appstore. Insert the FlashSD to your phone. Sync and Save photos and videos instantly!

 

 

HD Trail Cam 2.0 FAQ

 

Do I Need a 2G SIM Card for my HD Trail Cam 2.0? 

In order to send the photos to your phone, you must have a 2G SIM Card and the 2G GSM Network must be available in your location. The motion-triggered camera will still work without a 2G SIM card but it will not text/email the photos. This will only be able to send messages via 2G GSM MMS or GPRS; Four bands; 850/900/1800/1900MHZ). This will not support 3G, 4G LTE or 5G. 

Does My Country Support the 2G Network?

This is a tough question. Due to the swift changes in technology, the 2G GSM Network is antiquating as companies are moving to 3G, 4G LTE or 5G. We cannot narrow down a list of countries that support 2G GSM, although many still do, certain countries may not. Due to network availability which may vary, we cant assure message delivery. Please check your location and service providers before placing an order. 

Here is a map with the current coverage zones.

Please Note: Customers in certain areas (Australia & New Zealand) do NOT support 2G. Many other countries may not have 2G. This product still will still take photos from any motion that triggers the camera.

 

Question: Do you need some type of wireless service in the area of your trail cam to make this work?

Answer: You do not need wireless connection, the camera sends you the pictures and videos via 2G GSM Network with a Sim Card that works on the 2G Network.

Question: Does this camera automatically roll over when it runs out of space on the card and replace prior pictures?

Answer: You can insert up to 32GB memory card and once the memory card is full, it will no longer take any more images, it will save your footage for you, and you will have to delete or replace the card. 

Question: What is the max distance this camera will trigger?

Answer: It triggers steadily at 65ft and will trigger sensory movement of animals/men out up to 20 meters from the camera location
